- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday November 7, 2022 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the October 3, 2022 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Discuss set back approval for County on out buildings and additions. 3. 5:15 Christmas: Council and employee party. Santa. 4. 5:25 Festival of Tree Donation 5. 5:35 Year-end bonuses 6. 5:45 Pelorus Software proposal for utility billing 7. 5:55 Pay Bills 8. 6:00 Other Business Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
