d. Set a public hearing for December 8, 2022 to consider amendments to the C-3 zone ordinance

f. Recommendation to the City Council approval or denial of a site plan for Rob Gibb located at 3236 North 2000 West
g. Cancel the November 24, 2022 and December 22, 2022 Planning Commission meetings
