The Rockville Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, the 8th day of November 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah.
The agenda will be as follows:
1. Call to order - roll call.
2. Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item.
Public Comment - If you wish to speak during Public Comment, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed.
3. Consideration and possible action on an application for a Conditional Use Permit Transfer to new owners of Canyon Paws Pet Boarding located at 800 East. Main in Rockville- Dashell L. Howell
4. Approval of the minutes for the August 9, 2022, Work Meeting.
5. Approval of the minutes for the September 13, 2022 Regular Meeting.
6. Approval of the minutes for the September 13, 2022 Work Meeting.
7. Approval of the minutes for the October 11, 2022 Work Meeting

8. Town Office Report;
a. Approval of a simple permit for the installation of a solar system for Kali McKenzie located at 160 Pebble Lane, Rockville
b. Approval of a simple permit for the installation of a solar system for Garth & Heather Tyler at 244 West Main, Rockville
c. Approval of a simple permit for the installation of a solar system for Sandra Holt at 57 West Main, Rockville
9. Planning Commission Administrative Business
a. Next Planning Commission meeting will be December 13, 2022.
