DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.

2. Final Plat
A. NORTH AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL PLAT A. The proposal involves creating an industrial subdivision of five lots located at approximately 3300 North 1400 West.
B. NORTH AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL PLAT B. The proposal involves creating an industrial subdivision of twelve lots located at approximately 3300 North 1400 West.
C. JUNIPER RIDGE TOWNHOMES. The proposal involves development approval of a Final Plat with fifty residential townhome units located at approximately 350 West Woodland Hills Drive.
3. Site Plan
A. MOUNTAIN COUNTRY FOODS PLANT 1 ADDITION. The proposal involves further industrial development of a parcel located at 1823 North 200 West.
4. New Business
A. MODERA. The applicant requests to amend a portion of condition of approval number 4 to remove the owner-occupancy requirement as it relates to the approved Master Planned Development with some 600 homes. The Subject Property Contains Some 42 Acres Located at 2000 West 1900 South.
