JORDAN VALLEY CONSERVATION GARDENS FOUNDATION

The Board of Directors of the Jordan Valley Conservation Gardens Foundation (Foundation) will hold a meeting on Monday, November 7, 2022, at 3:30 p.m., at the Foundation office located at 8215 South 1300 West, West Jordan, Utah. Directors and members of the public may attend this meeting in person or electronically. 2. Ratify actions taken by the Board of Directors at the October 11, 2022, Jordan Valley Conservation Gardens Foundation meeting, listed below
a. Consider approval of the minutes of the Board of Directors meeting held on October 12, 2021
b. Election of Foundation officers for the coming year
c. Review Foundation financial statement
d. Report on last 12 months of Foundation grants, expenditures, and activities
e. Report on fundraising progress
