- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 1st day of November at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember M. Stephensen - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held October 18, 2022 2. Business - Bid Opening - Clarkston Town Municipal and Civic Center Building - Citizen Council - Parks - Business License Application - Diana Calderwood 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Garbage Collection - Town Hall Project - Fire Department Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Planning & Zoning - Annexation Process and Petition for Annexation Form Review Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Animal Control Councilmember M. Stephensen - October Warrant List - Parks Department - Sports and Recreation - Youth Council Councilmember S. Kurek - Cemetery - Emergency Preparedness 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - December 6, 2022 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
