The Garland City Council passed ORDINANCE, O-22-07, on March 2, 2022, affirming the annexation of real property, to include 17.54 acres of property that comprises tax parcel number 06-057-0035 located North of 600 West Factory Street and affirming the zoning of said real property. A copy of the ordinance is attached.
