PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Duchesne County Commissioners will meet in a combined working meeting and regular meeting on Monday, October 24, 2022, beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Duchesne County Administration Building in Duchesne, Utah, to discuss and act on the following: - Opening Comments - Pledge of Allegiance - Public Works Update - Update on the East Fork EWP - Discussion & Consideration of Surplus Items - Discussion & Consideration of Allocating Local Assistance & Tribal Consistency Funds - Discussion & Consideration of an Application for Grant Funding to the Uintah Basin Revitalization Fund Board - Discussion & Consideration for Easement Agreement with the State of Utah, School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA) - Auditors Office - Vouchers - Tax Adjustments - Deferrals - Fund 41 - Purchases - Payroll - Consideration of Minutes for Combined Commission Meeting held October 17, 2022 - Appoint Commission Chair - Discussion of Possible Subjects for the Next Meeting - Commission Calendaring & Weekly Updates on Events - Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions to Discuss: 1- The Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual; 2- Collective Bargaining; 3- Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation; 4- The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, or Lease of Real Property; 5- Deployment of Security Personnel, Devices, or Systems; and 6- Investigate Proceedings Regarding Allegations of Criminal Misconduct - Consideration to Take Action Discussed Under Closed Meeting - Adjournment
