AMERICAN FORK CITY AMENDED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR SESSION November 2nd, 2022 7:00 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on November 2nd at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: REGULAR SESSION Pledge of Allegiance Roll call COMMON CONSENT AGENDA (Common Consent is that class of Commission action that requires no further discussion or which is routine in nature. All items on the Common Consent Agenda are adopted by a single motion unless removed from the Common Consent Agenda.) 1. Approval of the October 19th, 2022, Planning Commission minutes. PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. Public hearing and recommendation on a code text amendment, amending Section 17.12.204 titled 'D' Definitions, related to the adopted provisions of the City and the use of the International Building Code. 2. Public hearing and recommendation on a proposed zone change for approximately 8 acres of land located at approximately 1500 South Center St, from the PF (Public Facilities) zone to PI-1 (Planned Industrial) zone. 3. Public hearing and recommendation on a proposed zone change for property located at approximately 96 N 350 W, from the R3-7500 Residential zone to the CC-2 (Central Commercial) zone ACTION ITEMS 1. Review and action on a Preliminary Plan for Beck Hillside Estates located in the area of 757 North 200 East, in the R1-9000 Residential zone. 2. Review and action on a Final Plat for Beck Hillside Estates located in the area of 757 North 200 East, in the R1-9000 Residential zone. 3. Review and action of a Final Plat for Stonecreek Plat J, requesting approval for 55 lots in Plat K of the overall Stonecreek Development, in the PR 3.0 Zone, located in the area of 1000 South 380 West. 4. Review and action of a Final Plat for Stonecreek Plat K, requesting approval for 55 lots in Plat K of the overall Stonecreek Development, in the PR 3.0 Zone, located in the area of 1000 South 380 West. 5. Review and action on a Final Plat for AF PD South Plat B located in the area of 700 S 850 W, in the PR-3.0 Residential zone. 6. Review and action on a Final Plat for AF PD South Plat C located in the area of 700 S 850 W, in the PR-3.0 Residential zone. 7.
