PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.

A. MOUNTAIN COUNTRY FOODS PLANT 1 ADDITION. The proposal involves further industrial development of a parcel located at 1823 North 200 West.
3. Final Plat
A. ARROWHEAD SUBDIVISION PHASE 1. The proposal involves the platting of a subdivision with twenty-four single-family residential lots and one commercial lot to be located at 525 West Arrowhead Trail.
4. Conditional Use Permit
A. 1150 EAST VERIZON UPGRADE 2022. The proposal involves modifications to an existing wireless tower located at 617 South 1150 East.

A. SFCN FIBER HUT 1. The proposal involves the construction of a fiber hut on property located at 1161 East 600 South.
