- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 18th day of October at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember M. Fawcett - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held October 4, 2022 2. Business - Kenneth Hammon - Property Access to Parcel # 15-032-0003 - Resolution 22-13 - 'A Resolution Amending the Master Fee Schedule to Increase Resident Grave Sale Fees' 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Verizon Tower Update - Garbage Collection - Town Hall Project - Fire Department Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Planning & Zoning Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Animal Control Councilmember M. Stephensen - Parks Department - Sports and Recreation - Youth Council Councilmember S. Kurek - Cemetery - Emergency Preparedness - Neighborhood Watch 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - November 1, 2022 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
