Central Wasatch Commission Special Board Meeting Agenda Monday, October 17th, 2022 3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. CWC Offices 41 N. Rio Grande St. Ste 102 Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Commission will hold a special meeting at approximately 3:00 P.M., or soon thereafter, on Monday, October 17th, 2022. This meeting will occur both in-person and virtually via ZOOM. The anchor location is the CWC offices located at the Gateway at 41 N. Rio Grande Street, Salt Lake City. For those wishing to attend the meeting virtually, the public may register for the meeting through the following link. Once registered, meeting attendees will receive an email with a personal meeting access link and a call-in number for those whose only option is to call in. https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_v0nGI8L-SKq_k9mvCLvIDA The public may provide comments to the CWC during this meeting through Zoom or in-person. Difficult questions, tough challenges to a point of view, and criticism of ideas and information are legitimate elements of a free democracy in action. Public officials and the public are encouraged to refrain from making belligerent, personal, impertinent, slanderous, threatening, abusive, or disparaging comments. 3:00 P.M. Opening 1. Chair of the Board Christopher F. Robinson will open the CWC Board meeting. 2. (Action) The Board will consider approving the minutes of the October 3, 2022, Board meeting and the October 3, 2022, Budget Hearing. 3:05 P.M. Lincoln Hill Debrief 1. Casey Hill will provide a briefing to the Board on legislative priorities for the 2023 session. 3:15 P.M. FEIS Comment Discussion 1. Commissioners will deliberate over a draft comment that the CWC will provide to UDOT on its FEIS. 4:00 P.M. Sixth Element for the Environmental Dashboard Discussion 1. Commissioner Jeff Silvestrini will propose budget amendment #2, pertaining to the sixth 'human' element of the Environmental Dashboard. 4:05 P.M. Final Retreat Agenda Briefing 1. Commissioners will review the final agenda for the November 10, 2022, Board Retreat. 4:15 P.M. Public Comment 4:25 P.M. Commissioner Comment 4:30 P.M. Adjourn Special Board Meeting 1. Chair of the Board Christopher F.
