PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Administrative Control Board of the Austin Community Special Service District, will hold a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, the 18th day of October, 2022, at 35 West Main, Elsinore, Utah, at the hour of 6:30 p.m.
The Agenda for the meeting consists, in part, of the following:
(1) Approval of Budget Hearing minutes: June 29, 2022
(2) Consideration for and adoption of a Parameters Resolution authorizing the issuance Parity Water Revenue Bonds of Austin Community Special Service District; and calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of Parity Water Revenue Bonds and any impact to the private sector from the construction of the culinary water system improvements to be funded by the Bonds; and
(3) Culinary Water Project Update: Parker Vercimak, Jones and DeMille Engineering.
(4) Approve timeframe for West Austin water rights transfer (or cash in-leu-of).
(5) Pay increase for Water Operator, Clerk and Treasurer. Discussion and Approval
(6) Review and Approval of Expenditures.
(7) Water Operator Update - Scott Hansen.
(8) Review and Approval of Cross-Connection Control Plan.
(9) Any other business that may come before said meeting. All business must be presented at the podium. Limit 2 minutes per person.
