Opening Business - Call to Order - Adoption of October 12, 2022 Agenda - Review and Adoption of September 7, 2022 Minutes - Approve Budget Expenditures since September 7, 2022 2. Public Comment-This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas. Please limit comments to three minutes. 3. Discussion about Summer Show and vote 4. 2022-2023 SCAC Season Events Orchestra - Concerts: October 17, 2022, December 5, 2022, February 27, 2023, April 10, 2023 Jazz Band - Pumpkin Walk, Ogden Jazz Festival Jr. Theatre: Mary Poppins Jr. - November 3, 4, 5 2022, Summer Camp Theatre: Pending Contract Other: Battle of the Bands - February/March 5. UAM Grants 'focus groups' - volunteers to go? 6. Review Sponsorship Form - Edits? 7. Discussion about Equipment or other items needed for upcoming season 8. Publicity: Syracuse Connection information & other publicity as needed. WORK SESSION 9. Committee/Board Member Updates/Discussion 10. Future Agenda Items 11.
