BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF UTAH COUNTY, UTAH
WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING
IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS, ROOM 1400
OF THE UTAH COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
100 EAST CENTER STREET, PROVO, UTAH
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2022 - 2:00 P.M.

1. APPROVE THE MINUTES FROM THE NOVEMBER 17, 2021 MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF UTAH COUNTY PUBLIC MEETING.
2. TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE SIGNING OF FORM 8038-CP: RETURN FOR
CREDIT PAYMENTS TO ISSUERS OF QUALIFIED BONDS FOR THE MUNICIPAL
BUILDING AUTHORITY (MBA).
