BOARD MEETING AGENDA
The regular meeting of the Orderville Town Board will be held Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at 7:30 p.m. in the basement of the Orderville Town Office located at 425 East State Street, Orderville, Utah. The following items will be discussed and acted upon as required.

1. Recommendation from the Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission: Consider for approval a Conditional Use Permit for Scott Norton for a short-term vacation rental located at 1045 S. Pinyon Pine Drive
2. Recommendation from the Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission: Consider for approval a Conditional Use Permit for Anthony Terrando for a short-term vacation rental located at 570 W. Juniper Circle
3. Recommendation from the Orderville Town Planning and Zoning Commission: Consider for approval a Conditional Use Permit for Jonathan and Andrea LaMont for a short-term vacation rental located on Parcel O-181-45 (Lot 45 QCHR subdivision)
4. Consider recommendation from the Orderville Planning and Zoning Commission to amend the language in 'Chapter 2, Section 2.1: Board, Number of Members, Appointment, Term and Removal, Vacancies from the Board of Adjustment shall consist of One (1) person appointed by the Orderville Town Council' to 'Chapter 2, Section 2.1: Board, Number of Members, Appointment, Term and Removal, Vacancies from the Board of Adjustment shall consist of Three (3) people appointed by the Orderville Town Council'
5. Consider request by B. Laura Wilson that her Residential, Recreational, Commercial (RRC) zone change application be rescinded or reconsidered because it was presented incorrectly to the public and the Planning and Zoning Board wishes to revisit and rewrite it
6. Robert Lacey - VHS Music Department: Consider support to the VHS Music Department for the Tree Lighting Event on December 1, 2022, in the amount of $350.00
7. Open/Consider Bids for the 1979 International Dump Truck
