A M E N D E D NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to §52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held on September 13, 2022. 6. EXPENDITURES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the warrants and cash disbursements for August 2022. 7. BUSINESS a. Sharee Jones to discuss an upcoming parenting conference. b. Discuss parking issues related to the installation of the stop light on 100 North. c. Consider Paul Davis' proposal to have the City apply for a grant from the Governor's Office of Economic Development to pay for running the sewer line to the old Winkel Distributing building. d. Consider setting impact fees for parks & recreation, police, and fire and adopt Ordinance 2022-28 imposing those fees. e. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-31 to rezone Lot 2 of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church Subdivision to single-family R1-10. f. Consider approving a Rural Communities Opportunity Grant Contract from the Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity for $600,000 to build a pump track at Centennial Park. g. Consider a recommendation from Brady Edwards to purchase a slide for the pool. h. Consider a recommendation from Brady Edwards to approve phase II of a skate park at the Lion's Park. i. Consider accepting a bid to rewire the turkey shed for safety and to accommodate cameras for security as discussed by Keith Mogan. j. Consider approving a contract to provide grant funds for a transparent water billing pilot project for $44,054 with the Division of Water Quality. 8. OTHER BUSINESS 9.
