b. E2S- Josh Nielsen: Funding Request on Behalf of Muralist Chuck Berret $35,000 to paint a Community Mural on Building located on 4140 West 5415 South. This Business is Front Facing 5400 South. This building is also in the Center of what is known as Kearns Town Center (Business District). This Project Would Involve Community Input and Would be approved by Council. (Discussion/Motion)
