PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Duchesne County Commissioners will meet in a combined working meeting and regular meeting on Monday, September 26, 2022, beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Duchesne County Administration Building in Duchesne, Utah, to discuss and act on the following: - Opening Comments - Pledge of Allegiance - Public Works Update - Discussion & Consideration of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Utah Public Lands Policy Coordinating Office (PLPCO) Regarding the Joint Employment of Mike Hyde in State FY 22/23 - Discussion & Consideration of Lease Contract with Quadient Leasing USA, Inc. for Postage Machine - Discussion & Consideration of Resolution No. 2022-10; A Resolution of Appointment of a Duchesne County Representative and an Alternate Representative for the Utah Counties Indemnity Pool Annual Membership Meeting - Auditors Office - Vouchers - Tax Adjustments - Deferrals - Fund 41 - Purchases - Payroll - Consideration of Minutes for Combined Commission Meeting held September 19, 2022 - Discussion of Possible Subjects for the Next Meeting - Commission Calendaring & Weekly Update on Events - Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions to Discuss: 1- The Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual; 2- Collective Bargaining; 3- Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation; 4- The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, or Lease of Real Property; 5- Deployment of Security Personnel, Devises, or Systems; And 6- Investigate Proceedings Regarding Allegations of Criminal Misconduct - Consideration to Take Action Discussed Under Closed Meeting - Adjournment
