- SPRINGDALE APPEAL AUTHORITY NOTICE AND AGENDA THE TOWN OF SPRINGDALE ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING OFFICER, ACTING AS THE APPEAL AUTHORITY, WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2022 AT 10:00 AM, AT THE CANYON COMMUNITY CENTER, 126 LION BOULEVARD, SPRINGDALE, UTAH **This meeting will be broadcast via Zoom Webinar for public viewing/listening only. 1. Appeal Hearing: Zion West Properties, LLC, represented by Darren Nielson, appeals the Planning Commission's denial of a Design/Development Review application (2021APP-DDR01) for a building located at the rear of parcel S-102-B-4-A (358 Zion Park Blvd). 2. Variance Hearing: The Town of Springdale requests a variance from section 10-15B-9 which prohibits disturbance of natural slopes 30% in grade or greater for the purpose of making sidewalk and parking improvements within the Lion Boulevard right-of-way south of 126 Lion Boulevard. Written comments regarding these items may be sent to tdansie@springdale.utah.gov. Please submit written comments at least two (2) days prior to the meeting.
