NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Tuesday, October 4, 2022, a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. by the Salt Lake City Council to accept public comment and consider adopting A request by Mayor Erin Mendenhall to create a station area plan in the Ballpark Neighborhood. The Ballpark's Station Area Plan is intended to capitalize on the community assets and set a framework to help guide growth related issues and pressures and to keep the neighborhood as the home of baseball in Utah. The Ballpark Station Area Plan will encompass the area that runs roughly between 900 South to 1700 South, and State Street to I-15. The small area plan's boundaries are within both the Central Community and the Downtown Master Plans. Information on the proposal can found on the City's webpage for the proposal at the following link: https://www.slc.gov/planning/master-plans/ballparkplan/
All persons interested and present will be given an opportunity to be heard in this matter.
