The Mount Pleasant City Council will hold a regular meeting September 13, 2022, at 6:30p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, UT or can be attended electronically at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82012093604?pwd=OXIxa1pBWWJLTys4NW1RR3k0c1dRUT09 1. Welcome --Mayor 2. Opening Ceremony - By Invitation Pledge of Allegiance Opening Prayer 3. Roll Call - Recorder 4. Approval of Adjustments - Mayor Transaction Register dated 8/01/2022 to 8/31/2022 in the amount of $13,035.19. 5. Approval of Claims and Requisitions - Mayor Claims Register dated 8/20/2022 to 9/09/2022 in the amount of $530,324.62. Requisitions as needed 6. Presentation - BOMB Squad (Bringing Out My Best) Presentation on what the BOMB Squad is. 7. Presentation - Linda Christiansen Presentation/Follow-up on the Sanpete Kindness Project. 8. Discussion/Action - Dave Oxman Discussion/Action-Fraud Risk Assessment 9. Discussion/Action - Shane Ward Discussion/Action on the Carbon Free Power Project. 10. Discussion/Action - Shane Ward Discussion/Action on the Trees on State Street 11. Public Participation - Members of the public may address the City Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Those interested should sign up on the form just inside the council room door right before the meeting begins. Participation is limited to three minutes. The participant will be allowed to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment, the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda.
