PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday September 13, 2022 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting August 9, 2022. 2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) September 2022. 3. Discuss fiscal year 2022-2023 budget 4. Board approval of updated FSS Action Admin Plan. (Signatures) 5. SGHA awarded 10 more Mainstream Vouchers 6. SGHA awarded 7 HCV under the Consolidated Appropriations Act 2022. 7. Approval for ED to go to Regional NAHRO Conference September 22-24. 8. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM. 9. Jimmie Hughes report from the City of St. George REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION: The St. George Housing Authority will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing Housing Authority programs.
