- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearings; a. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for possible approval a code amendment, amending title 10, chapter 15, 'Residential Site Development Standards', dealing with methods for calculating density in developments that do not require dedication of public rights of way. 9. Jason Spahr - Discuss Building Permit @ 1050 South 200 West Tax Id.#10-039-0003 10. Scott Wells - Discuss 4th quarter financials for April 2022 11. Continue discussion about water restrictions with culinary and secondary water for Wellsville City and notification process. 12. Department reports 13. City Manager/Recorders report.
