Public Comment: This is an opportunity to address the Planning Commission regarding items not scheduled for a public hearing on this agenda. Discussion / Motion: Text Amendment - Commercial Boarding: A proposed amendment to City Code for the regulation of commercial animal boarding facilities. 5. Public Hearing: Subdivision Amendment - Stonefield Estates: Request of Dave and MeLisa Stone for an amendment to Phase 2 of the Stonefield Estates subdivision, located at approximately 1602 W 2700 S in the R-2 zone (Single-Family Residential). 6. Public Hearing: Subdivision Amendment - Legacy Park Estates: Request of Ivory Development LLC for an amendment to the Legacy Park Estates subdivision, located at approximately 2325 S 1230 W in the R-2 zone (Single-Family Residential). 8. Public Hearing: Text Amendment - A proposed amendment to the R-2 Zone ordinance, reducing the length of the current rear setback requirement. 9. Public Hearing: Text Amendment - A proposed amendment to City Code regarding the setback encroachment of exterior stairwells. 10. Public Hearing: Industrial Site Plan - Request of RueCo, LLC for approval of a Site Plan for Syracuse Flex Building 4, located at approximately 1384 W 350 S containing 1.65 acres in the ID zone. 11.
