The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. 1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. ROLL CALL 3. SAFETY SECONDS 4. PUBLIC COMMENT CONSENT AGENDA 5. MINUTES a. CC Workshop minutes 08-10-22 b. CC meeting minutes 08-10-22 6. ANNUAL WATER OVERAGE REQUEST - Consideration and possible approval for the annual water overage refund request. We would also like to request that council authorize staff to handle any additional requests that come in within the next 90 days in the same manner. 7. TRAVEL REQUESTS: Price City Police Department is requesting authorization for Cameron Sartori and Brandon Rigby to attend Utah ICAC Task Force, August 28th-30th, 2022 in Cedar City, Utah. Streets Department is requesting authorization for Scott Olsen, Travis Byrge, Terry Jones, Brett Blackham, and Chris Tonc to attend the Utah Asphalt Conference, November 9-11, 2022 in St. George, UT. 8. BUSINESS LICENSE: Business license for Ted Prettyman Construction, LLC at 163 N 200 E for residential & commercial construction. Business license for Tessie's from A to Z at 335 N 300 E for a taxi service. 9. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
