- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE HUNTSVILLE TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION, Public notice is hereby given that the Huntsville Town Planning Commission, Weber County, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing Thursday, August 25th, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. at the Huntsville Town Library located at 131 S 7400 E, Huntsville, UT. A Public Hearing will be held on the following items: Final Plat Subdivision for CW Lands/Sage Development Above property is approximately 73 acres of land located East of Highway 39 from 100 South to 500 South. To include parcel #'s: 24-019-0001, 24-019-0023, 21-026-0040, 210260041, 24-019-0011, 240190013, 24-019-0012. And Ordinance 2022-8-25; Development agreement for CW Lands The ordinance will be available for viewing on http://huntsvilletown.com under Government/Planning Commission Minutes and Agendas tab. All interested parties are invited to attend. CERTIFICATE OF PASSAGE AND PUBLICATION OR POSTING According to the provision of U.C.A. ยง10-3-713, 1953 as amended, I, the municipal clerk/recorder of Huntsville Town, hereby certify that foregoing agenda was duly published, or posted the following: Dated this 10th of August, 2022.
