AMENDED DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Approval of Minutes
A. August 3, 2022
2. Final Plat
A. NORTH POINT PROPERTIES. The proposal involves the platting of a subdivision with three lots located at 63 East 3450 North.
3. Site Plan
A. CREATIVE SIGNS. The proposal involves general discussion of the uses associated with an industrial development located at 2333 North 200 East.
B. LELAND SUBSTATION. The proposal involves construction of a power substation to be located at approximately 910 South 2000 West.
C. SFCN BUILDING. The proposal involves development of a site located at the 740 West Center Street.
4. Annexation
A. STEPHENS-HILL ANNEXATION. The proposal requests that 154.94 acres located at approximately 2000 North 1150 West be annexed into the City.
B. GWC ANNEXATION. The proposal requests that 20.86 acres located at approximately 3800 North 1100 West be annexed into the City.
5. Project Signage Plan
A. CANYON CREEK SIGNAGE AMENDED. The proposal involves amending the current Canyon Creek Project Signage Plan for an additional pole sign to be located near Texas Roadhouse at 508 East Commerce Way.
