- NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on July 26, 2022. 6. EXPENDITURES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the warrants and cash disbursements for June and July 2022. 7. BUSINESS a. Review and discuss the impact fee facilities plan and impact fee analysis for parks, police, and fire as discussed by Cody Deeter. b. Consider options for a reimbursement agreement for the improvement of 100 East along Larsen's Ace Hardware property. c. Planning Commission report. d. Consider approving a conditional use permit application for Jacob Robinson to operate a daycare business at 460 North Main Street. e. Consider approving the development of the next phase of the Central Utah Counseling Center campus located at 100 East between 200 and 300 North. f. Consider approving an 8-plex and 6-plex to be located on 500 West between 500 and 800 South. g. Consider awarding the bid for improvements to the bike path as discussed by Keith Mogan. h. Consider purchasing an impeller for the sewer pump at the treatment plan for $13,045 plus freight as discussed by Keith Mogan. i. Consider approving the purchase of a new mower for the parks for $14,000 as discussed by Tyson Hansen. 8. OTHER BUSINESS 9. ADJOURNMENT
