NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE
American Fork City
The American Fork City is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
- The American Fork City tax on a $474,000 residence would increase from $294.59 to $414.51, which is $119.92 per year.
- The American Fork City tax on a $474,000 business would increase from $535.62 to $753.66, which is $218.04 per year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, American Fork City would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 40.63% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
