Public Comment: This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding your concerns or ideas. Please limit your comments to three minutes. (Individuals wishing to provide public comment may do so via email to City Recorder Cassie Brown, cassieb@syracuseut.gov, by 4:00 p.m. on July 26, 2022. Comments submitted by the deadline will be read for the record of the meeting.) b. Review draft Rocky Mountain Power franchise agreement. (10 minutes) c. Planning items: 1. Review/discussion regarding existing procedure for considering architectural style of a development project. (10 min.) 2. Discussion regarding building permit fees for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). (10 min.) d. Discussion regarding open space requirements in Cluster Zone. (15 min.) e. Discussion of possible amendment of City Code Section 3.10.080 pertaining to the scope of the Planning Commission. (10 min.) f. Continued discussion regarding Syracuse City Youth Council. (15 min.) g. General budget discussion and preparation for Truth in Taxation process. (10 min.) h.
