- NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on July 12, 2022. 6. BUSINESS a. Public hearing to receive comments on an update to the City's Water Conservation Plan. b. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-22 to accept the 2022 Water Conservation Plan dated July 13, 2022. c. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-23 rezoning property owned by Jake Black, Adam Albrecht, and Bryan Nay to single-family residential R1-6 as recommended by the Planning Commission. d. Consider approving Phase 2 of the TOK Development Town Homes located on 1080 South approximately 950 West as recommended by the Planning Commission. e. Consider approving a franchise agreement with InfoWest. f. Consider participating in the replacement of the sidewalk with driveways along Main Street and 500 South in front of Quality Center and Black Bear Diner. g. Consider adopting Ordinance 2022-24 amending the hotel/motel/extended stay ordinance as recommended by the Planning Commission. h. Consider a joint application with the Forest Service and Sevier County for a FIG grant to replace the pit toilets located at the top of the CCC Road and used by the ATV riders as discussed by Carson DeMille. i. Consider adopting standards for storm drainage and retention. 7. OTHER BUSINESS 8. ADJOURNMENT
