City of Holladay (the 'City') is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified stormwater management consultants to complete construction drawings and bid documents for a storm drain in the
Meadowmoor area. The selected 'Consultant' shall complete the work described in the Scope of Work.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
An existing storm drain runs through backyards and side yards and cannot be properly maintained due
to access constraints. The storm drain is compromised by root intrusion and sediment deposits.
Surcharging of the existing storm drain has resulted in the flooding of several basements adjacent to the storm drain alignment. The purpose of the project is to construct a new storm drain within the paved roadway.
