- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday July 18, 2022 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the July 5, 2022 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Lynn & Gwen Mortensen: Business License 3. 5:10 Daniel Horner: Business License 4. 5:15 Jodi Heaps: Minersville School 5. 5:25 Marquee 6. 5:35 Town office printer/copier bids 7. 5:45 Five County Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan Resolution #7-1-22 8. 6:05 Ordinance review 9. 6:15 Brad Eyre: Road update 10. 6:20 Other Business: Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
