PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Ephraim City Council gives notice that on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at 6:00 PM, at Ephraim City Hall, 5 South Main, Ephraim, Utah, the City Council will hold a public hearing to receive and consider public comments regarding the following:
Notice of proposed annexation approval of the West Christensen Annexation 2022, contiguous to Ephraim City located approximately at 705 West 300 North, Ephraim, Utah, consisting of approximately 22.142 acres. See the attached exhibit for full legal description.
The public is invited to review and inspect all information available concerning such proposal(s) at the Ephraim City Offices during the regular office hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The public or any interested parties may present written or oral testimony to the Ephraim City Council concerning the proposed action at the above time and place.
