The City of Erda will be holding an open public hearing on a proposed annexation policy and
allowable annexation area. This letter is to inform you that this may affect your entity. Public
hearing will be held on July 26 at 7:00 pm in the basement auditorium of the Tooele County
courthouse at 47 S Main, Tooele UT. Proposed policy and map are available on the Utah Public
Notice Website. Comments may be emailed to planningcommission@erda.gov
