- NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meetings held on June 28, 2022. 6. BUSINESS a. Saylyn Catmull of Centra Com to discuss a community service project. b. Consider a joint application with Sevier County to the Federal Bridge Investment program grant funding for replacement and/or repairs to the bridges with 80/20 funding. c. Public hearing to receive comments on proposed technical amendments to the hotel/motel/extended stay ordinance for clarification. d. Planning Commission Report. e. Public hearing to receive comments concerning a proposed amendment to the general plan and zoning map filed by Jake Black and Bryan Nay to change the zoning of the property located at approximately 1000 North 300 West to single-family, R1-6. f. Consider approving a subdivision application (lot split) filed by Kirk and Maridon Rappleye concerning the property located at 125 North 500 East as recommended by the Planning Commission. (RM-11 zone) g. Consider adopting Resolution 2022-12 accepting the annexation petition filed by Robert J. Parker, the Waimea Family LTD Partnership, and Mary Lee Harrison. 7. OTHER BUSINESS 8.
