The following public hearings have been scheduled to consider the APPROVAL of RZN 2022-060056, a request by Clearfield City to amend the zoning map for properties designated as parks within the City from their current zoning designation to P-F (Public Facilities). Clearfield City is proposing to rezone publicly owned, operated, and maintained parks to a consistent and uniform zoning district. The zoning designation will be P-F (Public Facilities) and in some instances will be changes from its current designation. You are receiving this notice due to your proximities to at least one park. Please contact Clearfield City Community Development on the 1st Floor at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah. The application may be reviewed, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except legal holidays. The staff report for this project will be available for review the Monday prior to the meeting in-person or on-line at the City's website www.clearfieldcity.org.
