- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Tuesday July 5, 2022 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the June 20, 2022 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Taylor Pearson- Yearly conditional use permit review 3. 5:15 Patty Goff- Road paving 4. 5:25 Al Garcia- Building plans 5. 5:35 Mayor Dotson- Water rights update 6. 5:45 Swimming pool 7. 5:55 4th of July review 8. 6:05 Ordinance review- animals, fences, Airbnb, bees 9. 6:15 Employee drug testing policy review 10. 6:25 Marquee 11. 6:30 Tax Rate 12. 6:35 Pay Bills 13. 6:40 Other Business: Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
