1. Review of meeting minutes. Action: approve meeting minutes.
2. Review financial reports for Quarter 1 and Quarter 2. Reports for Quarter 1 were sent in April 2022. Monthly reports are submitted to Board members also. Action: approve financial reports.
3. Review additions and update to District Policies. Action: approve policy statements.
4. Annual disclosure and conflicts of interest statements. Action: complete forms for annual disclosure.
5. Annual Fraud Risk Assessment. Action: complete form for submittal to Auditor.
6. Annual Board training. Action: Board members complete online training in July.
7. Annual Self-evaluation form. Action: review and approve evaluation form for FY 2021.
8. Meeting schedule. Action: confirm meeting dates for remainder of year.
9. World Trade Center partnership for local business development. Action: review and approve invoice for Willow Creek Salt.
