DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Approval of Minutes
A. May 18, 2022

2. Site Plan
A. ACTIVE AUTO. The proposal involves commercial development of a site located at 3381 North Main Street.
3. Conditional Use Permit
A. AT&T AT HUNTERS CROSSING. The proposal involves building a new 80 foot tall cell tower to be located at 2505 East Canyon Road.
4. Zone Change and Preliminary Plat
A. LELAND MEADOWS SUBDIVISION. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from R-R to R-3 and R-1-15 in conjunction with the development of 240 residential lots and cottage units as a Master Planned Development located at approximately 1550 West 900 South.
B. JUNIPER RIDGE TOWNHOMES. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from R-R to R-3 in conjunction with the development of 51 townhomes as a Master Planned Development located at approximately 350 West Woodland Hills Drive.
5. Title 15 Amendments
A. AGRICULTURE PROTECTION AREAS. Proposed amendment to allow for the creation of agriculture protection areas.
B. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION. Proposed amendment to adopt additional environmental protection standards.
6. Construction Standards
A. CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS 22.02. Proposed amendments to Policy 4.39 of the Construction Standards.
7. General Plan Amendment
A. TRANSPORTATION ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN 22.03. The proposal involves a revision to the Transportation Master Plan.
