NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, at 1979 West 1900 South to discuss the following matters: Rezone/Development Agreement - Erik Craythorne has requested a rezone of approximately 3.3 acres located at approx. 1700 S Banbury Drive from A-1 to PRD and GC zones. Preliminary Subdivision - Request of Q-2 LLC (Erik Craythorne) for a Preliminary Subdivision Plat called Banbury Place on 9.45 acres located at approx. 1700 S Banbury Drive in A-1 and PRD zones. Rezone - D. Lance Cheshire has requested a rezone of property located at 1100 S 1675 W from R-2 to R-3: Comprising 0.18 acres in the Heritage Crossing subdivision. Subdivision Amendment - Hugh Parke has requested the partitioning of Elmore Plaza Condominium, located at 1013 W 2700 S, into two separate units. Preliminary Subdivision - Request of Ovation Homes for a Preliminary Subdivision Plat called Sadie's Glen on 5.91 acres located at approx. 2400 W 2700 S in the R-3 zone. Text Amendment - Request by Jared Stoker to amend city ordinance 10.03.020 concerning setbacks for accessory structures in cul-de-sacs.
