Meeting Called to Order 1.1 Invocation by Invitation 1.2 Pledge of Allegiance 2. Approval of Previous Minutes (May 19, 2022) 3. Public Hearing on Zoning Ordinance Amendments 4. Petitions, Remonstrations and Communications 4.1 Establish the Planning Commission as the approval authority for building permits and business licenses 4.2 Establish certain regulations for home-based businesses 4.3 Add multiple-family dwellings as a conditional use in residential zoning districts 5. New Business 6. Adjournment
