Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Please take notice that the Hatch Town Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following: SUBJECT: Zoning Ordinance Amendments DATE: Monday, June 6, 2022 TIME: 6:00 PM LOCATION: Hatch Town Hall, 49 West Center Street, Hatch, UT 84735 The proposed amendments are to 1) establish the Planning Commission as the approval authority for building permits and business licenses, 2) establish certain regulations for home-based businesses, and 3) add multiple-family dwellings as a conditional use in Residential zoning districts.
