Public Hearing: A PUBLIC HEARING TO RECEIVE INPUT FROM THE PUBLIC WITH RESPECT TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE UINTAH TRANSPORTATION SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT MINERAL LEASE REVENUE BONDS, IN ONE OR MORE SERIES, IN THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $2,400,000 FOR ROAD AND STREET TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENTS IN UINTAH COUNTY, AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS. 14. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF $1,945,000 MINERAL LEASE REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2022, FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING, IN PART, ROAD AND STREET TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENTS IN UINTAH COUNTY, AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS; AND RELATED MATTERS. 15. MAESER WATER JOINT PROJECT with 2500 West 16. FINANCIALS 17. CLOSED MEETING A. Discussion shall be limited to one or more of the following: the character, competence, or health of an individual; deployment of security personal, devices, or systems; collective bargaining issues; pending or reasonably imminent litigation; purchase exchange, lease, or sale of real property, if such discussion prevents the district from completing a transaction on the best possible terms; or investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal misconduct. 18.
