PUBLIC NOTICE
Garland City hereby gives notice that on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at 8:00 pm at the Garland City Building, 72 North Main Street, Garland, Utah the Garland City Council will hold a public hearing concerning the proposed annexation of 12.831 acers of real property owned by Madsen-Grover Holdings, LLC, parcel number 06-067-0151, and the Malad River Area within the areas for future expansion by Garland City. The requested property zone is the Residential, R-1, and Residential Multiple, RM-12 which will also be considered. The property is located approximately East of the Garland City Sewer Plant, 1206 South 1050 East in the unincorporated area of Box Elder County. The complete legal description as well as the plat map relating to the proposed annexation is attached and also available for review at the Office of the Garland City Recorder, 72 North Main Street, Garland Utah during normal business hours.
