- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Budget for July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hanksville Town Council will hold a Public Hearing to receive comments regarding the 2023 Budget and review the amended 2022 FY Budget. The Public Hearing will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 2nd, 2022 at the Hanksville Community Center. NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town Council Will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on 2nd Day of June, 2022 At the Hanksville Community Center, in conjunction with the public hearing. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Prayer 3. Roll Call 4. Approval of Minutes from prior meeting 5. Public comments on 2023 Budget or amended budget 2022 6. Adoption of Amended Budget for July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 7. Adoption of Budget for July 1, 2022 to June 20, 2023 NOTE: A COPY OF THE BUDGET CAN BE VIEWED AT THE HANKSVILLE TOWN HALL 8. Report of officers and staff 9. New business: Sarah Tal - Color Country Animal Shelter update and request for donation 10. Public Comment: 11.
