Welcome --Mayor 2. Opening Ceremony - By Invitation Pledge of Allegiance Opening Prayer 3. Roll Call - Recorder 4. Approval of Minutes - Mayor April 15, 2022, Special City Council Meeting held at 1:30 p.m. 5. Approval of Claims and Requisitions - Mayor Claims Register dated 5-07-2022 to 5-20-2022 in the amount of $752,843.40. Requisitions as needed 6. Discussion/Action - Mayor Discussion/Action-Accept or deny the Planning Commissions recommendation to allow Planned Unit Developments as a conditional use in commercial zoned property. 7. Discussion/Action - Mayor Discussion/Action-Discuss whether waive impact for Levi Wright in the Industrial Park. 8. Discussion/Action - Mayor Discussion/Action-Re-approve two resolutions that were numbered incorrectly, with the corrected resolution numbers. Resolution 2022-04 A Resolution Adopting the Tentative Budget of Mount Pleasant City for the 2022-2023 Fiscal Year. Resolution 2022-05 A Resolution Adopting the Tentative Budget of Mount Pleasant City Public Library for the 2022-2023 Fiscal Year. 9. Discussion/Action - Mayor Discussion/Action-Main Street Grant Discussion. Where should the funds be allocated? 10. Public Participation - Members of the public may address the City Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Those interested should sign up on the form just inside the council room door right before the meeting begins. Participation is limited to three minutes. The participant will be allowed to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comment at this time. At the conclusion of each comment, the Council will have time to respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda. All City Council meetings are recorded. 11. Discussion/Action - Fire Department - Discussion and possible action on items pertaining to the Mt Pleasant City Fire Department. 12. Discussion/Action -- Public Works Department - Discussion and possible action on items pertaining to the Mt Pleasant City Public Works Department. 13. Discussion/Action -- Power Department - Discussion and possible action on items pertaining to the Mt Pleasant City Power Department. 14. Council Reports - D. Lynn Beesley - Paul C.
