A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting
on the 19th day of May 2022.
At the Council Chambers
19 South Main, Helper, Utah.
The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm.

3- Pledge of Allegiance.
4- Public Comment.
5- Discussion and possible approval of local area consent for the Helper Arts, Music & Film Festival for Aug 19 - 21.
6- Approval of Mike Mastin as new Public Works Director.
7- Discussion and possible approval of a discount or free family day at the pool in August, requested by Shirley Wayman.
8- AJB Properties Retro Grande Update.
9- Discussion and possible approval for Maverik Lot Line Adjustment on Property Located at 5685 N Hwy 6.
10- Discussion and possible approval to apply for grants to purchase a new police vehicle.
11- Discussion and possible approval Resolution 2022-01 Amending the By-Laws and Operating Procedures for the Helper Museum Advisory Board.
12- Discussion and possible approval Resolution 2022-02 Museum By-Laws.
13- Discussion and possible approval for use of Main Park for Al Hughes 50th Anniversary, from June 27, 28, & 29, 2023.
14- Discussion and approval of the Tentative Budget for 2022-2023.
15- Discussion on Saturday Vibes and extending their relationship with Helper City.
16- Discussion by Saturday Vibes on renegotiating lease agreement for 73 South Main.
17- Closed meeting for property discussion.
