The North Logan City Council hereby announces four public hearings to be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 in the Meeting Room at the North Logan City Library (475 E 2500 N, North Logan, UT).
6:35pm Public Hearing to receive public input on: 1) a proposed revision to the FY2022 Municipal Budget, and 2) a proposed FY2023 Municipal Budget which may include a Property Tax increase. Following the public hearing, approval of resolutions may be considered to adopt proposed changes to the FY2022 Municipal Budget and to adopt the FY2023 Municipal Budget.
Information on proposed proposed Budgets and Property Tax increase can be reviewed on or after May 30th at the North Logan City Office (2076 N 1200 E).
6:50pm Public Hearing to receive public input on a proposed Property Tax increase to be included in the FY2023 Municipal Budget. Once the public hearing has taken place the City Council may consider an approval to include a property tax increase in the FY2023 Municipal Budget (after which another Public Hearing will be scheduled for August 3rd, 2022 before final adoption).
6:55pm Public Hearing to receive public input and consider approval to vacate a ten foot Public Utility Easement on the south of parcel 04-083-0005 at approximately 200 East 2000 North in accordance with Utah Code 10-a-609.5
7:00pm Public Hearing to receive public input and consider approval to vacate a ten foot Public Utility Easement between lots 3 and 4 of the North Cache Business Park Subdivision, parcels 04-062-0098 and 04-062-0099, at approximately 2440 North 500 West, in accordance with Utah Code 10-a-609.5
Information regarding vacating Public Utility Easements can be reviewed at the North Logan City Office (2076 N 1200 E).
